The Differences Between Zone Two and High Intensity Interval Training

The adaptations that you get from zone two endurance type training and high intensity interval training while both are aerobic, cannot be exactly equated either. If you're going for a four hour ride, if you want to look at it by power, let's say that you're, uh, you can just stay in 150 watts for hours, like looking at your mean max power curve. You would want to go do 150 watts for like four and a quarter hours and then try to push it out to four and a half hours. That would be a good goal to have in order to increase your endurance that way.
