How to Get Great at 2 in the Morning

In elite sport, they've done some interesting work. I'm a parent of a national level swimmer and I have to go up at 4.13 in the morning three days a week normally - not in lockdown now in the UK. What you find is that that makes it very difficult to function some of the time. But what I heard from elite coaches is that if you can't get up as a swimmer at 4.30 in the morning to train, you'll never become an Olympic swimmer because that's the get over line. You know, elite athletes do this with jet lag all the time. Whereas elite executives usually self-baked jet lag with a couple of glasses
