And if someone had a recent PCI and comes in with chest pain, they're more like, we all have seen this, they'll always get admitted for any kind of chest pain. This is just theoretical risk of 10 thrombosis that is always there. So those things become important, but I would say that the wealth of literature on aspirin has never suggested any substantial change in death. Aspirin reduced risk of MI biologically, it makes sense, but now that the absolute event rates are so low and as statins are providing so much more risk
