How to Challenge Beliefs and Actions

Beliefs and actions aren't always going to match each other. For example, if you are in a disadvantaged position, you might really believe in animal welfare but can't follow that belief with your actions. It's far healthy to just start to gently challenge those beliefs you've got, which don't align with things that you know to be true. And advise yourself the way you advise a friend.
