Aletse's heart rate recovery in between sets is critically important for a fighter. The faster you can reapply pressure, the faster you can respond to pressure. If you can put consistent pressure on your opponents at such a rate that they are fatiguing while maintaining, you are going to win. And most importantly, i think one of the most important aspects of fighting is the idea of being able to re establish pressure on your opponent sooner thane.
