The Importance of Iterative Design for KM

The biggest driver I think has been seeing KM become part of our overarching business plan because we had that negative stigma for so many years. We spent a lot of time researching and engaging with staff to figure out why is somebody using this tool. And now seeing that value kind of reciprocated like right away in 2022, that KM is now part of our business plan. But by just getting that adoption from our leaders, like, oh, they care about this now too. Sweet.
