I Love Cheese and Charcuterie Boards

Puff pastry is always a great thing to use because it looks fancy, but you buy it in sheets and it's frozen so you can whip it out whenever you need it. A great option that people really love is to do a cheese or a charcuterie board. You just want to have a mix of lighter things, heavier things. But also lots of fruit or dried fruit or nuts or olives adds some, you know, mustards or chutneys or jams for example.
