i'm trying to run every day for six plus weeks this fall. And i think like if you're just doing a ton of running, you can to find yourself in a position where you may be having im balances and things like that. So trying to stay on top of that stuff as well as i ever have has been a big kind of focus of it as well. U the other question i i get basically all the time is just, can you tell us what you're actually eating and your kind of daily nutrition?
