Don't Take Big Risks, You're Taking a Risk.
Even conservatively minded folks change jobs. But they're less likely to take big risks on unknowns. I think it's way easier to ruin your life than make yourself into a enormously successful person who's optimizing everything. And there might be some point where even conservative people are like the default expected outcome is too negative.
