How to Use Personas to Make Decisions
I like the idea of putting customer journey map and persona together. I think there's, they are companion piece to each other, I think. If it doesn't work, try other things. And also the way we talk about persona is kind of dictate how people use personas. When it comes to like high level decisions, I think personas definitely probably are what I would go to.
