Do You Need to Taper for a Fun Run?

You don't need to taper for a fun run. Remember that tapering is part of the process. Can always help to talk to somebody about ow you are feeling, especially another runner who will understand completely how you feel. One of the best tapers i had, i wadn't freake all because i trusted the process. And everything turned out ust fine.
