The Arctic communication is broken down to different sections like the three human intrinsic, the five elements of the communicator and then the seven frequencies of communication. The most common frequency, at least on social media, is the motivator. And I think sometimes they're seen as on the neck, like maybe superficial or not as deep. That's really good to talk about.
