Farming for Destruction

Farming for descent is about trying to make the best decisions, not reduce error. What we really did is set in a really explicit practice of getting everyone to write down their view of which way you should go. And by forcing everyone to write that down around the big decisions and then be able to go back afterwards and look at them, there's a lot of learning that happens.
