The Importance of Zone Two Training for Mental Health
zone two training for me is a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the week that's been. It acts as a calibration point where it frees me up to have the problem solving ability of going into the following week knowing why my mental health was struggling in the previous week. The gym should be one part of a bigger puzzle of ways in which you support yourself with your mental health on a day to day basis. I disagree with a lot of Goggins' mentality or the way that's interpreted by people where suffering for the sake of suffering is not what we should be focusing on but suffering for the purposes of self-reflection within the context of a balanced existence shouldn't be an issue.
