How to Use a Phone First Things in the Morning
I think it makes more of an emotional impact than it does a physical impact. I don't need that when I wake up in the morning. You know what I need? Calm. And then I go about my day and I find that I'm much more productive when I have a morning like that. Believe it or not, I do a Zoom call every morning with about 30 guys from all over the country. They're doing breath work together. We do Wim Hof breath work where we're doing the hyperventilation in the holds. Then we do a heart centered meditation. And then we wish each other a great day.
