meditation is always evolving and changing based on life' circumstances. The more you get a taste of, the more you crave itnd, which it's exciting,. That's why i was able to turn some of my earlier addictions into adiction for meditation. I would make a good swap any day of the week. But yet, my practice has evolved a lot over time. Right now, my duration has struggled through the writing of the book. What served me well was about an hour every single morning, no excuses, and then 30 at night. It's not as consistently strong as that lately. But i'm also making room for a lot of other things atthe time.
