How we feel during exercise, not afterwards, is the biggest predictor of if we stay the course or not. The research suggests that when it comes to things like for sure physical activity, the literature on eating is a younger than the one on exercise with us. But feeling better, feeling positive from the experiences of, you know, eating a certain way, which could even be just darn it, I'm taking care of myself. Like that creates a positive feeling, right? So the positivity is a very strong driver and that has to do with the neuroscience reward.
