The Bs Eating Advice

Some of you were taken aback by the bs eating advice. There was a lot of enidvics in there. Lot of it was a little bit weird. Any book that wants me to have all the dirty dishes isn't for me. Plus, i have tea nagers, so all the cups are already in use yet. I love yhem everywhere. Places you can trip over them. Like any self help book we do that adds more effort and more like tedious shit toarde. As christian said, might these food rules just be a western exotification of asian countries when it comes to health? No country has the perfect model that will for everyone. Ah,
