Pay to Play Isn't Taking Behaved Behavior Change Into Account

The first thing i work on is, like, not that you've heard of the term, pay to play e am. If you're going into a gim and you're do it in the free session, there's like no consequences whatsoever for you or your trainer. And so things only really start to happen when you commit and put your money where your mouth is. I just used, i do the free sessions a to jim, when ever they go. En, i i guess i'll give it a shot. I'll try as that trainers tooyeyeits. The thing though, because i my experience with it is like i don't see taking behaved behavior change into account
