There is one study that I'm aware of that's the best one I've seen in terms of prediction accuracy to study by Thompson and colleagues. They did a really really interesting thing which I think kind of demonstrates how important this is so they were able to predict the one or M of like pretty well trained guys who were squatting 165 kilos something like that for research standards.
