On average, James spent 12 and a half hours of sedentary time each day. He only did 16 minutes of moderate intensity activity on those days. Don't sacrifice sleep at the expense of your physical activity, he says. If you have no time to suddenly do 10,000 steps a day, can you do 5,000 faster? Will we see an improvement on your health over a longer period of time especially if it's in short sharp sessions like this one? We know that exercise is a huge beneficial tool for our mental health. And whether that's inside or out, I'm really looking forward to the next bit of the day because I've got me planned for tomorrow.
