"We blind all of our interviews to their applications except for their CV and personal statement so that they can so the interviewers can get a sense of who they are but without knowing how they did in their you know MSPE's or step one step two etc," she says. "It's very it's been very interesting to see that when they don't have their test scores and of course I will have seen them all as we debrief It's interesting that it doesn't in the long correlates with their test scores."
