Is the Invasion of Technology Into the Bedroom a Good Thing?
There is a feeling in the sleep science community that the invasion of technology into the bedroom hasn't necessarily been a good thing. Technology has done wonderful things for us, im is the enhancement and improvement of our sleep one of them? I think at this stage it's probably not. The greater impact of technology is less so with the blue light coming from these devices. And we know firstly that if you're using your phone, it can cause something called sleep procrastination. It trains our brain to essentially expect that sort of stress every single morning.
