Are You Stressed?

I believe that we are very rarely truly at ease and relaxed. And so even if we're, you know, watching TV or doing some hobby, we are often holding on to unresolved business unconscious stress. We can actually push our baseline lower to true ease states. That's what I call green mind, which is true relaxation.
