The Importance of Static Stretching and Foam Rolling in a Workout
Getting a pump in your glutes, hamstrings and even calves first makes you feel so much more stable. So that is something I have changed and kind of gone against science and research with regards to where exercises are placed within a workout. Other pieces of the bigger picture, a full workout, a full program, could have a positive influence on the big picture.
