The Importance of Complexity in Movement Practice
Fitness culture to a large extent has this large population of people punishing themselves yeah they're taking that fragment as a way to punish themselves for something else in their lives. How does one perceive complexity as something that is engaging and maybe conducive towards flow comparative to something that's just volatile and stressful how do you know that's another great question? I think there is an element of not wanting to think like a offloading the cognitive capacity with something that is based in complexity because it is body mind it's all of it right.
