The Importance of a Positive Mindset
When you are like almost too positive to the point where it's not actually helping the situation at all toxic positivity is when you think positively all the time. Having this mindset that you should just tough it out and stay positive through whatever you're going through can probably cause you a lot of stress. If something good happens to you give yourself credit for it whether that be something small or big in your life if it's something that you are proud of that took you hard work I think that again breeds more positivity. Lastly I want to say that if all fails and something awkward is happening something bad is happeningSomething embarrassing is happening but you do have this elevated new mindset be able to embrace
