Is It Okay to Write on a Piece of Paper When I Do My Homework?

Is it okay if I do the written work when I do my homework or my personal work by typing in my laptop on a word processor? Or must I write it on a piece of paper? Well, that's a seemingly silly question. Oh, no, Mark, Nobel, our neuropsych, like our neuroscientist has a very strong opinion about that. It might be that writing your negative thoughts, long hand, and then responding to them in long hand is a more effective way of reprogramming your brain. That might work better than doing it on Microsoft Word and with some of the forms I've created for Microsoft Word and typing in the negative thoughts and the positive thoughts. And
