What Is the Keystone Habit for Me?

If i can do those three things, then a lot of other good stuff happens because of it. If i skip one of those, overtime, probably my biggest ones are to leave a phone and my fot in another room before work each day,. exercise and then get in bed by, say, ten or ten 30, or something like that. For me, it's meditations, there, gratitude for me, saying my affirmations out loud, or powerful - but if i can get all those done, it's likem having a good day 90 % of the time.
