How Do You Pre Fatigue Your Legs?

Necanh: I do this with all my athletes who are training for the half marithon and above. The concept of pre fatiguing your legs is really, really helpful. What ver that feels like for you on that day should be a medium effort but not terribly hard. And then when you start your next run, the next day, your long run, so let's say that's 14 miles, instead of a you starting at zero, you're actually starting at mile eight that morning instead of zero. It's better for your body to absorb the training.
