What Are Some of the Things That You Did at Farmers Webb?
I'm an essentialist. I believe that 99 % of everything we do kind of cancelst can't it all cancel itself out? And that one percent of what people do drives the majority of the value. What are some of the things that you did at either farmers webb or pippin that drove enormous outside value? We did a lot of things that didn't scale at the beginning, and so this clearly did not drive value in terms of revenue at all. But it gave us a lot of valuable insights that then helped us build a better business or or better product. How steep was the learning curve for learning the supply chain for this industry?
