Almost every major religion or health discipline has a similar four group of three or four things that they call pillars. Self-gratitude is the most fundamental, because it's the easiest for us to grasp and express on a regular basis. To be able to share a conversation together can create a tremendous amount of positive release of neurotransmitters in our brain which help us feel safe  and help us feel in control.
