Is Early Nutrition a Habit That Plays a Role in Building Muscle as You Age?
Early nutritiona habits play in terms of the rate at which some of this, like protein degradation and like, difficulty with that goes. Is someone who's really on top of that from like day one have an easier time outside of just habit? I mean, of course, this is purely speculation, but i would say, yes, likely. Right? No, my daughter eats a very animal base it, and i'm hoping that she doesn't rebel and do something different.
