Only one portion of ultra process food a week should be allowed. Your brain won't be affected by eating ultra process foods, say, our brain is very much affected by the nutrent that we do or don't consume. Empower yourself to educate yourself to understand howmuch salt and sugar and saturated fat are actually in your food. Just dry cook from scratch when you can.
