How a Vegan Diet Can Help With Anxiety

Anxiety was probably caused by nutrient deficiencies from that rapid weight loss combined with a long term vegan diet at that point. With gut issues, which can, you know, your vagus nerve can signal anxiety from your gut to your brain. I think the shift for me around anxiety is when you learn to kind of ride it out, as she would say, and just let anxiety happen...you don't have as much resistance. And it really can dissipate that panic attack.
