We have no regrets and we bought it ourselves. Someone who works for uni actually sent us a cookbook. It's hard physically, but feels almost harder mentally to recover from repeated injuries. This year alone, I've pulled a hamstring, strained a glute, and now sprained an ankle. And I'm feeling generally defeated about being in a never ending cycle of rehabilitation towards general fitness.
