How to Make a Good Wine

Georgian wines are usually fermented for six months or more. And then those usually take the better part of a decade to be ready. The main point I'm trying to make here to winemakers is kick a direction. Don't mix them up. So for example, it's really stupid to make a wine that's never seen any oxygen and then stir leaves.
