i like to do the most race ic training leading into that nen of 14 to 16 weeks. So if you're traing for a hunder viler or maraphon, whatever it may be, that's er really hitting it hard. Sometimes we'll also switch things up. If there's a big gap between goal races, we won't do something lie for an ultra runner. Will focus on speed for a little while and change up the training stimulus. Sowe, that's kind of our job as the coach.
