If you're doing an hour or 90 minutes a day, the recovery window isn't as crucial. Most of the calories that you burn during exercise are from carbohydrate. By the time you're in zone three, and that's just the typical, you know, six zone where zone three is about 80 to 90% of FTP, you are burning more carbohydrates than fat.
