The Difference Between No Contact and Ghosting
When a person exhibits so much confrontation issues and removes themselves at a situation entirely to avoid addressing the issue, the best thing that you can do in that situation is learn from that experience. At some point, what we have to do when we're in that situations is think to ourselves, hold on, I was in this relationship to what am I pretending not to already know? What am I still seeking to try to understand? What do I know right now that I could accept wholly and fully?
