Inulin is another type of soluble fiber that's found in many plants, including chicory root and Jerusalem artichokes. Partially hydrogenated Gorgum, or sun fiber, which you can find in my full-script dispensary, however, is used in emo or intestinal methodogen overgrowth as a beneficial fiber to help with constipation. It's a type of Gorgum that's been partially broken down making it easier to digest unless likely to ferment in the gut.
