Climbing is like weight lifting, where you really understand periodization. The idea of puriization changes a little bit when you are a trying to perform day in and day out. I'm just a little bit sceptical of applying te the reasoning that some one does for weight lifting,. or even like a, like football playing, where it's like, ok, like we have this like, boot, like literal off season by definition.
