The moon meter is beno a box that has, you know, four color boxes in it. To really use it wisely, you have to understand the corpe principles of emotional awareness. The blue and the red are called negative emotions, which i think is a bad term. They're not bad emotions, they're just unpleasant feelings. And so we go through life kind of saying, how's it going? Then we move on.
