Climbing - What I Learned From Cross Fit Training
Climbers focus too much on volume and not enough on strength. Cross fit athletes try to do a ton of volume in movements, one with a neutral wrist position. The variation of wrist positions in climbing that you see athletes training in makes a huge differnce for cross fitters. You could climb all the v zero and v one bouldering routes that you want, but it's not going to make you a v ten climber orjus t ekan weak.
