What's It Like When You're Blaming
You know what the thoughts are going on when you're blaming, the thoughts of your own or another's badness. Just let yourself feel that in your body. Maybe there's fear that comes with it. So it may go into amon lovable and the feeling of that, the aloneness, the loneliness. What would most be nurturing for this place? Is it to feel forgiven, to feel loved, accepted, seen? And how might this place feel nurtured? Can you offer that to yourself? can your own wise and loving self offer a message your future self, offering an energy of love?
