I found it easier to control the cravings, like protein bars, even though they fall in the category of healthy. When you when you weigh a piece of meat and vegetables and fruit and potato or whatever, you're going to get pretty accurate with the calories. So I think that's probably where it mostly comes from. It's got to highlight the prep value of that because if you're reaching, you know, like this is where like there's no real margin for error there.
