strength coaches are using more hit, cardio hit programs and high intensity. Resistance exercise programs are like relatively heavy dead lifts for repeat sets of eight to 12 minimal rest. So you've got zon to that say, ok, lower intensities for longare really good for mita condual health. But then youve got the strength coaches at saying, we'll actually high intensity exercise, even resistance exercise and cardio exercise at high intensities, is better for mitocondural proliferation. It's left me going, which one is it? Is it both?
