Dan Cevallos: I've stopped fast mimicking, but there's only one reason folks. During the COVID thing, I just feel fast mimicking is basically it's about 500 calories a day,. mostly entirely vegetables with some nuts and some almonds. So on paper, it's supposed to help with, you know, building your body up against cancer. But me, the, almost my normal thing now is, and it's all about the window.
