Functional Bodybuilding - Is CrossFit a Crossfit Mixed Workout?
CrossFit at its core was dedicated to breaking up disciplines. Every day in a functional bodybuilding program will have resistance training elements that are on their own. Some days we'll give our customers a chance to do pure aerobic work, you know, get on a rowing machine and row for this period of time and then stop. We introduce a lot of interval training which is not that intervals don't show up in crossfit but by and large it's, here's a body of work, go do it as fast as you can, and then you're done.
