This framework helps people in organizations where you are forced into the short term, but you can do a bit of a deeper research that has a long shelf life. I was talking to a guy earlier today, he was having a budget meeting next week. So now he was trying to find stuff that he could budget for so that he actually would have a budget to do things because he had to make things up. Can see the appeal? Yes. And that's what good, I mean that's why people like frameworks because it makes something tangible. It's easier to look at it and understand it.
